Ready Golf 4K’s 2026 Fall League is an 8-round, 2-person scramble competition played on TrackMan from October 12 through December 13, 2026.

Teams will compete on eight great courses, play one official round during each event window, and compete for both Net standings and payouts along with a separate Gross Champion award.

• League Bay Rate: $50 per official league round
• Scheduling: Play anytime during each designated event window
• Standard Round Window: 7 days
• Thanksgiving Round: Extended 2-week play window
• Location: All rounds are played at Ready Golf 4K on TrackMan
• Simulator Time: Not included in the $100 league entry fee
• Official Attempts: One scoring attempt per team, per round

• Round 2: Wentworth West Course — October 19–25
• Round 3: PGA National — October 26–November 1
• Round 4: Valhalla Golf Club — November 2–8
• Round 5: Bethpage Black — November 9–15

• Round 7: Black Desert Resort — November 23–December 6
• Round 7 Special Window: Two weeks are provided to allow extra flexibility around Thanksgiving
• Round 8: Pebble Beach Golf Links — December 7–13

• League Registration: $100 per 2-person team
• Bay Time: Separate from the league entry fee
• Prize Pool Contribution: $70 from every $100 team entry goes toward league payouts
• Final Payouts: Determined based on the total number of registered teams
• Payout Announcement: Final prize amounts will be announced after registration closes
• Primary Competition: Net standings
• Gross Competition: Separate season-long Gross Champion
• Gross Champion Prize: $100 Ready Golf 4K facility credit

• Official League Round Rate: $50 for 2 hours per team, per round
• Number of Discounted Rounds: 8
• Discount Applies To: One official league attempt per round
• Booking Responsibility: Teams must reserve their own simulator time
• Practice Time: Charged at normal Ready Golf 4K rates
• Warm-Up Bookings: Charged at normal Ready Golf 4K rates
• Additional Rounds: Charged at normal Ready Golf 4K rates
• League Entry: $100 per team
• Eight League Rounds: $400 total
• Total Cost for Full Season: $500 per team
• Approximate Cost Per Player: $250 if split evenly between two teammates

• Both players hit a tee shot
• The team selects the preferred shot
• Both players hit their next shot from the selected location
• The team again selects the preferred shot
• This process continues until the hole is completed
• The team records one score per hole
• The same scramble format is used for all eight rounds
• Both registered team members should play together during the official round unless a substitute has been approved

• The team with the best season-long Gross performance will be named the Ready Golf 4K Fall League Gross Champion
• Gross scoring is based on actual scores before handicap adjustments
• The Gross Champion receives a $100 Ready Golf 4K facility credit

• Every participant must have their own TrackMan Golf account
• Each player must use their own account
• Both players must be logged into the correct accounts before starting
• Players are responsible for making sure their account information is accurate
• TrackMan uses player profiles and handicap information when calculating results
• Using another player’s TrackMan account is prohibited
• Players should verify their login before beginning the official league event

Before hitting the first shot, teams should confirm:

• Both players are logged into their TrackMan accounts
• The Ready Golf 4K Fall League event is selected
• The correct weekly round is selected
• The correct course is displayed
• The official competition has been started
• The round is being played during the correct event window

A normal recreational round played separately on the same course will not count toward the league standings.

• Each team receives one official scoring attempt per round
• A completed round may not be replayed simply because the team is unhappy with its score
• Teams should not independently restart an official round
• A restart may be considered for a legitimate technical problem
• Possible exceptions include simulator malfunction, TrackMan failure, power interruption, network interruption, or another approved circumstance
• Ready Golf 4K will determine whether a round may be continued, restored, restarted, or replayed
• Any replay must be approved by Ready Golf 4K

• There are no assigned weekly tee times
• Teams may play whenever they choose during the designated event window
• Teams are responsible for making their own Ready Golf 4K reservation
• Simulator availability is not guaranteed if teams wait until the last day
• Teams should reserve enough time to complete all 18 holes
• The official round must begin and be completed during the applicable league event window
• Both players must be logged into TrackMan before starting
• The official league event must be selected before play begins
• Booking early is strongly recommended

• Each round must be completed within its published event window
• Missed rounds should not be assumed to be eligible for makeup
• Extensions generally will not be granted for work conflicts
• Extensions generally will not be granted for vacations
• Extensions generally will not be granted for personal scheduling conflicts
• Extensions generally will not be granted for forgetting to play
• Extensions generally will not be granted because a team waited too long to reserve a bay
• The Thanksgiving round already includes an extended two-week window
• Ready Golf 4K may make exceptions for facility outages
• Ready Golf 4K may make exceptions for TrackMan technical issues
• Ready Golf 4K may make exceptions for severe weather emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances

• Teams consist of 2 registered players
• The intent is for the same two players to compete throughout the season
• Any substitution should be approved before the substitute plays
• Any permanent roster change should be approved by Ready Golf 4K
• Players should not compete for multiple teams without prior approval
• Ready Golf 4K reserves the right to determine whether a substitution is permitted
• Ready Golf 4K may determine how a substitution affects scoring or handicaps

• The league uses TrackMan handicaps
• Net standings are based on Stroke Net scoring
• Players must use their own TrackMan accounts
• Players may not intentionally manipulate handicaps
• Players may not enter inaccurate information to gain an advantage
• Players may not use another participant’s account
• Ready Golf 4K may review unusual scores or handicap situations
• Ready Golf 4K may review any circumstance that could affect competitive fairness
• Intentional manipulation may result in a score adjustment
• Intentional manipulation may result in removal of a score
• Intentional manipulation may result in disqualification of a round
• Intentional manipulation may result in removal from the league

• TrackMan’s available tiebreaking method may be used
• If TrackMan does not provide an appropriate tiebreaker, Ready Golf 4K may use another score-based method
• Any tiebreaking procedure will be applied consistently to all teams involved
• Ready Golf 4K will determine the final tiebreaking procedure when necessary

If a technical problem occurs:

• Stop playing
• Contact Ready Golf 4K
• Do not independently restart the round
• Do not start another official attempt unless approved
• Preserve the current round whenever possible
• Wait for instructions before continuing

Examples of technical issues include:

• TrackMan software crash
• Simulator connection issue
• Event not loading
• Player login problem
• Shot detection issue
• Hardware failure
• Power interruption
• Network interruption

Ready Golf 4K will determine whether the round should be continued, restored, restarted, or replayed.

Players are expected to compete fairly and follow normal standards of golf etiquette and sportsmanship.

Prohibited actions include:

• Manipulating TrackMan
• Manipulating handicaps
• Using another player’s account
• Intentionally entering inaccurate player information
• Changing competition settings
• Intentionally altering scoring
• Taking unauthorized mulligans
• Replaying shots without authorization
• Replaying a completed round without authorization
• Any other attempt to gain an unfair competitive advantage

Ready Golf 4K reserves the right to:

• Correct scores
• Remove scores
• Disqualify a round
• Disqualify a participant
• Remove a player or team from the league when necessary to protect the integrity of the competition
