By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Ready Golf of SW Ohio LLC powered by Trackman if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

GENERAL

These terms and conditions govern the use of Ready Golf of SW Ohio LLC powered by Trackman and all services provided within the facility.

Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.

BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

Bookings can be made online through our website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit to Ready Golf of SW Ohio LLC. Cancelations within this period will not receive a refund.

EQUIPMENT USE

Patrons are responsible for using the Trackman simulators in a safe and respectful manner. Ready Golf of SW Ohio LLC building is under 24/7 surveillance. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the patron.

Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted. No golf spikes or outdoor shoes are allowed.

Patrons must bring their own clubs, please ensure that the clubs are clean and free of dirt, you may also use your own ball as long as it is free of any sharpie marks.

CONDUCT AND SAFETY

The consumption of alcohol is permitted inside Ready Golf 4K. Any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility. Any patrons not adhering to the no smoking policy will be subject to a $200 cleaning fee.

Patrons are expected to leave the premises in a clean condition. Ready Golf 4K reserves the right to charge reasonable cleaning fees to any patrons who leave the premises in an unsanitary condition.

Ready Golf 4K reserves the right to charge for any damage to the premises or equipment caused by patrons.

LIABILITY

We recommend that patrons have their own personal liability insurance.

PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personal information for booking and marketing purposes. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.

We take measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not misused.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ready Golf of SW Ohio LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
